1. How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid after the referred job is completed. Payments are processed bi-weekly via e-transfer.
2. When do I receive my commission?
Commissions are released once the job has been completed and confirmed in our system. You'll be notified before payment.
3. How are referrals tracked?
Each partner receives a unique NFC card or referral link. Every submission is tracked in our system and attributed to you automatically.
4. What counts as a valid referral?
A valid referral is someone who:
- Uses your referral link or NFC card
- Books a service
- Completes the job
- Only completed jobs qualify for commission.
5. Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
6. Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. There is no cap on earnings. The more completed referrals, the more you earn — plus milestone bonuses.
7. What if my referral contacts you directly?
To ensure proper tracking, referrals must use your unique link or NFC card. If you believe a referral was not tracked properly, contact us immediately.
